4. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promote the Company's products, specifically the Tap Tap Go card, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Employ honest and ethical marketing practices and avoid any deceptive or misleading practices.
• Maintain the security of your affiliate account login credentials.
• Refrain from any activities that may harm the reputation of the Company.
• Utilize provided marketing materials appropriately and ensure all content associated with the promotion is accurate and truthful.

5. Commission Structure

• Affiliates will receive a commission of 10% on direct sales attributed to their efforts.
• The Company reserves the right to review and adjust the commission structure as needed.

6. Payment

• Commissions are paid weekly via Bank Transfer or USDT.
• Affiliates are responsible for any fees associated with receiving payments.
• Payments may be subject to withholding taxes as required by law.

7. Termination

The Company may terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or failure to meet performance targets.

8. Intellectual Property

• Affiliates may use the Company’s trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Company’s products/services in connection with the Program.
• Affiliates may not modify or alter the Company’s trademarks or marketing materials without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

Affiliates agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared with them by the Company, including but not limited to customer lists, marketing strategies, and financial information.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations.
• Unresolved disputes will be resolved by arbitration at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

11. Amendments

The Company may modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting on our website. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these changes.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary, with all remaining provisions staying in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your participation in the Program.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses related to the Affiliate Program. The only products offered are Tap Tap Go cards, and no other liabilities shall be assumed by the Company.
